RISE Detroit: Resilient Income, Savings & Equity for Homeownership
In Detroit and across Michigan, far too many families—especially in historically excluded Black and Brown communities—are locked out of the dream of homeownership. Systemic barriers like poor credit, lack of financial education, low savings, and predatory lending continue to block pathways to generational wealth.
RISE Detroit is our answer to these challenges—a holistic, community-centered initiative designed to help low-to-moderate income (LMI) residents become mortgage-ready, credit-strong, and financially empowered.

ThriveWell Michigan is a statewide initiative designed to combat food insecurity and economic instability—providing direct support, financial education, and emotional empowerment.

Hearts Forward: Healing Grief, Restoring Hope
Every year, thousands of children in Detroit and Flint lose a parent, sibling, or caregiver due to violence, illness, or trauma. Hearts Forward is a trauma-informed grief support initiative designed to wrap youth and families in care, connection, and community after unimaginable loss.
